I made the leap from a hardware wallet (single point of failure) to Theya’s multi sig solution, which allows you to set up three keys, consisting of any combination of 1) hardware wallet or mobile key + 2) hardware wallet or mobile key or a trusted delegated person + 3) Theya as the third key. This has real world implications for inheritance planning and protection from natural disasters. I’m thankful I discovered Theya.
The intuitive user experience made it easy to set up the vault and keep my Bitcoin safe. It took less than 5 minutes to complete the setup process.

Loved the UX but during signup they ask for recovery questions, e.g. “what’s is your moms maiden name?” and I immediately abandoned ship. Bitcoin accounts or security should never be using recovery questions even just for the account and not the keys themselves. Big security hole.
