Worst app ever! Tried to register and their server is down. I don’t even think this is a real company.

Force closes gotta keep re downloading it💀

Crashes every time the app is closed. Have reinstalled many times and still does not work.

Never need this app, but the one time I do, it does not work. It worked when I set up the devices and tested but when need to use to locate keys on a job site. The app won’t open. Hard restart iPhone. Same thing. App won’t open. It has one job to do...it failed.

Stopped working with latest software update.

Every time to try pairing my Hisea, I receive a ‘failed to get data’ error. This is just one of many issues I’ve had with this device. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Set it up one day, worked fine- updated iPhone, now app not working. Guess we need an update???

Using with Hisea Bluetooth tile to locate keys and app works fine until it force closes and can’t be used. I had to uninstall and reinstall twice. Not sure if it’s having issues with new iPhone update that I did a few days ago.

Every time I open the app it says disconnected, I even put a new battery in.
