I am currently at home with a newborn and susceptible to postnatal depression. This app is helping me stay positive. It’s amazing how these simple games can lift me, and the daily ‘habit’ suggestions are great self-care practices that remind me not to isolate myself or indulge in unhealthy routines. Even just engaging in one thing on here a day can help me feel like I am not going under that wave. So simple, even a little silly, but it works for me.
