Please fix the app after updating it I can’t login to my account!!!!

Works fine for reading DTCs or other very basic stuff but missing most of the advanced or even most of the basic programming stuff. On a 2010 Mercedes W221 - Cannot program anything inside COMMAND module - very frustrating. On most brands (Mercedes, Fiat, Chevy, Opel, Honda, Dodge, Audi, VW - that I’ve tested) only basic reading of DTCs is possible and without the freeze-frame data. But mostly I bought this software from a site in the UK as it was marketed as “2 year free updates, continue to use afterwards without updates” and it turned out that they changed the policy without notice and now I am screwed out of using the dongle I paid for. I don’t recommend you buy this. Just buy literally anything else. Their support is literally crap. That’s to be expected from a Chinese company. They just want their money and then if something doesn’t work or is missing - just say it’s the users fault. Also, the app is so buggy - they update it twice a month and it is still very bad. Once I had issue with the app requiring me to login once every 24h. Now the points section or the messages section doesn’t open. (the points are a scam anyway). The response from the support was as usual “delete the app and reinstall” - I plan to just delete the app. If you’re still reading and didn’t get the message - avoid this cra**y app! Your money are better spent somewhere else literally, you are getting nothing in return from this app. Avoid at all cost and against anyone’s recommendation! Even if it were free I wouldn’t use it. AVOID!
