I was worried that my F800 pro camera is dead, checked my memory card it records all footage but while on live view front n back camera is all black, i think this is software glitch, hope you guys fix that ASAP…. You guys almost made me worried about buying another dash cam…. Wish i should never have that recent update

Worst app ever. Never connect to the app……

The app doesn’t work with my F800 anymore. It connects but just disconnects right away. It’s a pain now if I have to watch the recording on my phone or laptop.

It never connects to my F800 wifi. The app experience was terrible Day 1 with initial setup, stopped working two years ago and they never fixed it to this day. Now I have a useless dash cam that often restarts and can’t play back videos. Don’t buy Thinkware!!

Unfortunately unavailable for connection to phone and unable to view dash camera footage. Not working needs to be fixed or removed.

F800 PRO Every time I go to open up the file list, the app crashes. I have reinstalled the app. Updated phone iOS and the firmware in the camera in updated. I can open up all the other file lists, just not the continuous recording. Also. The cloud has never worked since getting the dash cam 5 years ago.

Camera is very good. Unfortunately, poor wifi connection stability spoils the reputation and any good will associated with such an expensive item. Can connect iPhone to the U1000 but, it disconnects by itself after no more than one minute. Yes - iOS is completely up do date. Yes - Wi-Fi assist is off. Yes - firmware to the camera is updated as well. Really - how can something like this happen? Never mind lecturing the customer. Sell us a product without glitches. Things like this make me want to think twice before I buy another dash cam. How frustrating!

I cannot connect to iCloud , never been able to since I got the camera . Otherwise it works “ok” for me.. I have it set for “motion” detect while car not running BUT .. it doesn’t even do that . It runs 24/7 if I leave my car sitting for too long it will drain my battery , done it twice ! Even though I have it set not to . So I guess I’ve actually got more problems than I thought . But it does record decent videos , it does NOT save videos if say I hit a pot hole hard, it used to and then mark them as an accident. So I’m not sure why I still have it now since I’ve JUST noticed how many problems I’m having with my dashcam , front & rear.

I have used Thinkware dash cams since the F50, my new F800Pro in conjunction with the Cloud app on my iPhone 12 is totally useless. Too frustrating to connect, changing to a different manufacturer

Everything works as it’s supposed. I wish there was a way to zoom in when reviewing video from the app. Currently, I have to download, then transfer to my phone, then use the phone video app to play and zoom in. Thanks,
