It’s a useless app. Extremely difficult to log in, if one manages to log in, don’t get information of booked tours. No expected from this company. Why do you have a dismal app. Hope you think & rectify this negative feedback

I recently had a trip to Hyderabad. It was coordinated by Thomas Cook holidays. Mr Robin assisted me in each and every step of booking and prepared the itenary for me. Everything went very well. Driver Abdul, Thanks a lot… I am happy with the service.

I had a very bad experience with them after booking and charging full amount they are not responding…I have to take initiative to call them and ask about my travel itinerary…till last date haven’t got my itinerary information…. They are asking for extra amount after travel package is fully booked….by telling me that hotel has increased their charge’s… Apart from this the way they handled the booking is disastrous ... Be very careful before making full payment to these people…their attitude changes the moment full payment is made and this is the worst travel agency I have dealt with… Never ever book with them….

Please never book with Thomas cook india. During booking they will talk to you sweetly in order to get the booking amount.but once you have paid booking amount after that they wont bother even you are having any issues with regards to you trip. Customer support is kinda joke.They had asked me to drop mail but still the executive are not at all responding to any of the mails. I tried several times but now I just gave up. Dont know what is this attitude towards customer. I dropped several mails to miss ekta nagar,and tried several times to call her but she seems to be unbothered. Don’t ever book with them,they will eat your money.its not worth it.

Video chat and voice chat module frequently pop up and disturb the screen.

The AI generated app has no clue what is being asked. The teecee is so in your face that you cannot search for anything and that chat is equally good for nothing. Requesting you to please change the same and make necessary improvements.
