When negative thoughts circle your mind and continually play the same negative story over and over, learn to disrupt and reframe your thoughts and story through the art of attention - meditation. Use the techniques of mindfulness, imagery, relaxation, affirmations, and drawing to communicate positive messages to your unconscious mind.

What’s Included:

Affirmations - Powerful words to change your inner dialogue and reframe your story.
Imagery - Use your imagination to build pictures in your mind and focus your attention.
Drawing - Allow your hand to reveal your soul and self express your unconscious beliefs.
Mindshaping Artist Book 1 - Meditation to accompany colouring artist book “Say Goodbye to the story of “Im not Good Enough”.
Video Meditations - meditate through motion pictures.
Music Compositions - to relax, to create, to unwind, for confidence and for possibilities.
