Great app to keep track of my thoughts and journaling habits

Thought this would be a cool app but the restrictions for the free section were too much so I uninstalled it. The next night I get a text from them, so I figure I need to go delete my account, which is fine. I reinstall the app to find out I don’t even have the option to delete my information or account from the app, all I can do is ask them not to send me messages. As awesome as the format for this app is, I really like the daily text format, the fact that they don’t have an option to delete accounts is deplorable and disgusting considering how much personal information one is prompted to provide in it.

This is a simple and effective tool that gives me a moment to pause and be more mindful. Love that you can set a time to be prompted and it builds this moment of pausing and mindful awareness into my day.
