Thriva FAQ
Is Thriva free?
Yes, Thriva is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Thriva legit?
⚠️ The Thriva app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
This app is designed to be used on phones so it remains quite a small screen, even when using it on an iPad. This is what I find really irritating. As a result of the small app screen, those with visual impairments, find it very difficult to read and navigate. Having downloaded it and deleted it previously, I’m about to do the same again. I will continue to access my results via the website which I can at least, read clearly.
App
You can't get out of the update mode on the app... a bit useless!
Its excellent! Do it for future you. 💜
Ahhh I’m a big fan of Thriva. I’ve done it a number of times over the years. (JUST had some results back now actually)
Its a brilliant way to test things you are wondering about, or like me, a little body MOT sometimes.
It helps you see what you need to do more, or less of.
You will have personalised Doctor’s notes, recommendations, and suggestions, written against results that you may want to pay more attention to.
Your results are clearly laid out for you on your online ‘Dashboard’
Where you can view it in various ways. And brilliantly explained, with easy to understand charts, numbers, and pictures.
Really irritating ….

Thriva is a silo
Version 4 and Thriva is still a data silo. 4 stars off for no Apple Health support.
Nice app but constant crashes
The app is really nicely designed, but for me it crashes incessantly when viewing results. Pretty unusable in its current state.
Subscription based
The problem with Thriva is that it’s subscription based rather than “on demand”. I delayed on test as I was being treated by my doctor. The delayed test has now been sent without any advance notice and I am not even in the country. £60 wasted. Thank you Thriva
Unusable app
Constantly hanging and crashing even on login.
Also incredibly slow. When it doesn't crash or hang, every page takes 30-60 seconds to load, and that's even on recent iPhones.
The app keeps crashing
Hey team, the app keeps crashing as soon as I open it. (iPhone 13 fully updated, only app crashing).
Also, I am still waiting for you to take payment for my latest test and sort out how to book the appointment for the blood to be collected.
