Our free app is a sanctuary for those living with neurodiverse struggles such as ADHD, Autism, Epilepsy and other challenges that can cause people to be forgetful. The Thruday app is designed for you, for family, for carers and everyone in-between providing collaborative assistive routine building, daily planning and mood tracking features focused on keeping stress-levels low and making sure everyone is on track.
The free app was created by a thriving team of neurospicy individuals living with various daily challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy, ADD, Dyslexia and OCD who understand what its like to try and stay on track while avoiding meltdowns and keeping stress to a minimum.
ADHD / Autism / Epilepsy focused features include:
- AI-assisted: privacy-focused suggestive AIs help reduce the decision making process while created activities.
- Collaborative Assistive Planning: Invite the people you trust to help plan, schedule and keep things on track.
- Enhanced Traffic Light Mood Tracking: We took the traffic light system further and added transitional zones for when you feel in-between.
- Keep assistants in the know: We communicate mood updates in real-time with assistants so they know how things are going.
- Visual Planning & Routines: Keep it simply with priorities or use colors and images to create your own visual schedule.
- Now & Next: Avoid distractions, stay focused. We created a distraction free environment that keeps you on track without overwhelm.
- Create your own avatar: We did away with pictures and replaced it with an illustrated avatar instead because who likes cameras?
- Customizable appearance: Change the interface appearance to suit your own preferences
- Real-time Notifications: Accountability is our biggest problem. We need constant reminders so we integrated real-time notifications to keep you on track with what is done and what is coming up next.
- Designed for parents too: Planning is for everyone so we built a flexible system that can be used to plan even the intricate schedule.
- Create Printable PECs Actions Cards: You can use our library of over 3640 images and library of colors to create your own printable PECs cards
- Manage those with bigger needs: Create managed schedules so you can keep yourself and the one you care for on track too.
- Brain-dump Ideas: Use the app to brain-dump those moments of genius you easily forget and finally strike it big.
- Resource Library: Access a curated collection of resources, articles, and guides on managing neurodiversity. Whether you're looking for tips on daily living, coping strategies, or the latest research, our library is constantly updated to support your journey.
- Educational Tools: Thruday includes interactive educational tools designed to help users understand and manage their conditions better. From ADHD coping mechanisms to autism-friendly communication techniques, these tools empower users and their caregivers
- Dark Mode: Reduce eye strain and improve sleep quality with Thruday's dark mode feature. This setting adjusts the app's colors and brightness to make screen time less impactful on your sleep schedule.
- Keep a journal: Document your day-to-day journey, capturing thoughts, emotions, and experiences to reflect on and grow from.
- Updates all connected devices: Our custom infrastructure keeps all of your connected devices up to date in real-time, ensuring you are always in sync.
- Works offline: For those times when there is no connection, we don't stop you from creating events. Instead, we save them and sync them with the rest of your devices as soon as you come back online.
