Had to wait for 3 hours
600 people and still more to come have to wait outside in the freezing cold because this company gave out tickets that didn’t work do not use this app use ticket master
Woeful
Just like the other review this app and purchasing of tickets is awful. I can’t add the tickets to my mobile, I go to the app and apparently my account details are incorrect when they’re clearly not, I go to click reset password and don’t receive a link in my emails, having to resort to printing tickets at home
Painful
Selected to receive the tickets by post. Then they emailed saying I had to have print at home ones. I don’t have a printer. And no option to get on mobile. Such a pain and a waste. Not sure what these ticket companies add
