Garbage, Try Only Website, Don’t Try This App
No cancellation option
Guys, pls be careful, once paid there is no cancellation or reschedule even if its a mistake or duplicate. Even you will not be able to cancel if called customer care as well. Suggesting to go with other apps or sites where there is cancellation options. Mistake can happen to anyone.
UI Not good
Searching for tickets in theatre listing and once we go into a theatre from a middle listing and come back to the main page we have to start from the first theatre which was already seen. We have to start the scroll right from the beginning.

Ticketsnew is a very bad app,there is no cancellation option and so many other issues. And i have very bad experience from their helpdesk teaam.
