Very disappointed. First the app doesn’t hold what it promises I thought it would guide me through cleaning and I’d be able to have a good plan each day but it is very un-intuitive and confusing, full of advice snippets but otherwise terrible. I wanted to cancel within 10min of looking at it as it said 3 day free return, I was disappointed to see that I can’t do that on my App Store so I wrote an email. The answer was short “follow this link” which is a “report a problem - apple” website where I now had to request a refund and wait for their decision. Not great customer service, at least a nice email would have been nice. Sorry, but not good enough
