Another issue is with movie ratings. Trying to give stars to movies watched today I have 0 if not rating them right away but a few hours later (even though tickets bought through the app). Also, if a movie ends after midnight, rating it in the app is no longer possible.

If you add a Tiff card/badge after downloading the app and logging in, there is no option to remove and update it, even if you delete and reinstall the app. I have tried to change a Tiff 10 card after the 10 tickets were bought, with my guest badge and was not able to. Also it’s very confusing that you cannot remove the already used tickets from the list, making it very difficult to navigate the My tickets list after a couple of festival days. They do not appear chronologically either.

Been trying for a few days to find the movies by searching, it just won't work, shows 0 results, tried in all languages

The app is good for checking the schedule and seeing already purchased tickets. It does NOT enable TIFF Card holders (more likely to install it than casual movie-goers) to get tickets, or even see how many ticket slots they have left.

I would like to make some sugestion: 1. I purchased a 10 entries card and it would be easier and really helpful if when i buy a ticket somehow to show me how many tickets i have left on the card. 2. Every movie ticket to have writen on them or at "my tickets"in the app how much is the duration of the movie 3. Add gcalendar to the app so i can link my calendar to the movie that i want to see 4. Make a folder with my preferences. Now in the app i can not select 1 or more movies that i am considering seeing at the festival. 5. Add the option to filter by day and hour so when o enter for example 17.06 and 14.00 hour to show me what are the movies running for that hour. Thanks

If you reserve a ticket at the festival, you can pay by card, but not by the TIFF card you bought. Really? Is this the first year of the app? Also there are navigation issues between the schedule days and you are not able to view the schedule or anything in the app without internet connection. Not to book ok, but not even the static information?

Aplicatia e plina de bug-uri si nu am putut face rezervari: - Login cu Facebook -> Profile screen nu se incarca (“Something went wrong”) -> nu pot adauga cardul cumparat. - Login cu Apple id -> Profile screen ok, am adaugat cardul de 10 intrari -> Nu pot rezerva folosind cardul. Am doar optiune sa platesc individual. Nu apare “Rezerva gratuit”, avand in vedere ca fac prima rezervare din cele 10. Device: iPhone XS, iOS version 14.6

If you book something but then decide to remove some item from the order, you no longer can until the booking expires. This could be improved.

I downloaded the app to see the films’ schedule but ended up buying tickets, voting films and hunting posters all around Cluj so I can try the VR experience again and again. I recommend it!
