How much does Tiimo cost?
Tiimo has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $21.33.
This app is super laggy and buggy. You’ll complete a task but it’ll pop back up. Might be a database issue I don’t know.
And If you don’t complete a task that was scheduled for, let’s say Monday, you won’t see that task recurr the next day. When it comes to ADHD: out of sight, out of mind. You have to KNOW you didn’t complete something to reschedule it. Unfinished tasks should just roll over or at least be turned into todo items.
Stuff like that makes me wonder if this app was truly made with ADHD people in mind. I wanted this to work out. I downloaded after hearing the ad on a podcast. (NO DISCOUNT CODE by the way.) But nah this ain’t for me. I’ll be trying other apps after this.
Amazing but needs one fix
I really love this app and the fact that there can be subtasks and the use of AI. The only thing I really wish it had was individual timers for each subtask. Really hope this gets added, I will redownload the app if it does!
RIP Off
I don’t understand why they even allow you to download apps like this for free when in reality you cannot use them unless you pay, not one single click, not one single action, not one thing do I get to do on this app without paying, and no starting a seven day trial before I had to start paying does not really count as free if after that I must either delete the app or pay. Just have us pay for the app or don’t, the subscriptions are madness.
Love this app but stopped working after I paid for the whole year.
This was a game changer for me until it stopped working. I have submitted at least 30 emails about the constant errors. Basically once I paid for the whole year it stopped letting me save anything in my tasks so the app is useless now. I really just want you to fix it and explain why the paid version doesn’t work but the free does. Seems like bait and switch. Try it out, it works great so you buy the entire year and instantly it’s I useable.
If it actually still worked I would give it 10 stars.
They fixed that bug but now you can’t check off anything when you complete it because if you go to click the circle it just keeps opening up the task but will never let you complete them. I love this app but every day it’s got a new bug and just isn’t working. This goes against a neurodivergent person it certainly doesn’t help them dealing with the aggravation. Next time I will use the free version longer before I buy it.
The Apple Watch Format Needs Improvement!!
The Apple Watch version of this app needs to be fixed! I have tried hundreds of times to put Tiimo on my watch faces but my schedule does not show or it disappears and I have to manually go back into my Apple Watch app and put Tiimo back onto one of my watch faces. I’m tired of doing this! I love the app but I NEED it to work on my Apple Watch so I can just look down and view my schedule on my watch! PLEASE FIX!!!
Bad business practices
BEWARE chat bots and no real people to communicate. I am really disappointed with this app that is meant to assist individuals with learning disabilities and neurodivergent conditions. As someone who needs to test a product before making a purchase, I found that this app didn't meet my needs—it overlaps appointments, which is exactly the area where I require support. I believed I had canceled my trial before it ended, but it appears I did not. As a result, trying out this app for just one night has cost me $42, which is a significant amount for me. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times, but my efforts have gone unanswered. I even contacted Apple to appeal the charge, but they've only responded through a chatbot, and I haven't received any real assistance. It's incredibly frustrating and feels very impersonal.
Routines removed, usefulness went with them
I was a huge advocator for this app and used it for many years as it grew and became better.
Then they removed a favorite feature of many, and arguably the most useful feature in this app for neurodivergent people. Routines.
The ability to schedule a routing, just daily as needed and help with time management and planning was unmatched by nearly any other app. They’ve removed there beta app and, while consistently acknowledging suggestions from users on every other topic, strictly ignore the requests to bring back routine despite it being one of the most popular suggestion/requests.
Do better Tiimo.
For now - use Routinly. It’s missing some features but functionality is far beyond Tiimo now that they’ve swapped to simple tasks.
Overwhelming
Too much going on
Excellent Customer Service!!
I had an issue where the app was not loading my routines properly, and I was getting really frustrated. So I reached out to their customer support service and I got a response within 30 minutes. It took some time for it to get fixed, but they kept asking me different things to try and asking questions to understand my problem.I really appreciate the hard work to get it back up and running. I use this app every day I’ve been using it for two years now and as a neurodivergent person, it has been the key to my productivity. Thank you so much for being so responsible for creating such an amazing product for people like myself!
Not a free app
It’s misleading that you have to sign up for a plan or trial to even view items. Wish you could try without signing up
