TikTok Shop Seller Center

This is by far one of the worse apps I have ever used. Everytime I try to fulfill an order it does not let me my customers been waiting for their orders for over a month now. I’ve tried to contact all the emails I have but no response for over a month. I’ve lost money and had to refund most of my customers back their money because of this lacking app. I don’t know if this app is a scam or what but I highly recommend not using it and trying a different platform

Great program and easy to set up account and add products

So far they have been helpful. i’m still trying to get the hang on how to work TikTok shop.

I had a frustrating experience with the TikTok Shop application process. My updated information was repeatedly rejected, and I kept receiving the same generic email within seconds of submitting, which made it clear they weren’t actually reviewing my updates. To make it worse, the email gave no specific feedback on what was wrong or how to fix it. The lack of clarity and proper customer support made the process feel unfair and unprofessional. I expected better from a platform as big as TikTok.

This app is the devil in disguise. They don’t care about business owners and they have an insanely disorganized back end for selling and advertising. The live support team is very dissapointing and they are not given the ability to look into appeals past thirty days. This app has sabatoged my business page by violating me for making comparison videos between supplements. SUPPLEMENTS. Completely void of responsibility they simply tell me they can’t do anything and my account suffers.

Easy to use

The auto responses are not helpful AT ALL. I only submit a ticket for assistance when there’s a niche category or a layered inquiry. And what do they do? Send me a generic response and mark the ticket “solved” :(

I am very thankful for TikTokShop. Jesus has used this platform to bless my business tremendously. I receive updates, orders, and messages from customers very well. I have successfully shipped out over 90+ orders and I love that they pay for the shipping labels! Direct deposit was easy and affective, and everything on the app is set up with easy access. I pray everyone puts their faith and Jesus and trust God with your business. He made TikTok work beautifully for me in Jesus name!

I keep getting told that my items violate policy with no explanation, I put in an appeal it says denied for not providing proper documentation. Again does not specify what documentation. I got an email stating I violated these policies followed by strings of numbers and a link to policy page. I’m thinking ok like anyone has time for that, yet when I go through policy page there are no strings of numbers associated with individual policies. Who is this for? How are we supposed to have any idea what the problem is or how to fix it? This is more needlessly complicated than silent hill riddles. Also all my stats are wrong, I had been enrolled in and participating in the partnership commission program then all of a sudden just as not anymore? Can’t see or find my earnings anywhere, chat support has been of no help and that’s only when I can find it and that’s only if they actually respond which could be that day or a week or more later. I only have my phone so if this thing works on laptop then you guys need to make it work for our phones too. Though I have a strong feeling it’s just as bad, please correct me if I’m wrong, this needs serious serious work fellas, tiktok shop is broken.. if it ever worked at all

They don’t care about sellers, I maintained a 4.5 shop performance score over 45 days, my GMV is above 10k, I’m absolutely qualified for Express Payout. But the system switched me to the 31 day payout, and then I contacted the support, they said on their end it showed 8 day. Which is ridiculous. Also the majority of returns didn’t even have to return the products, the system just automatically approved the refund to the customers, I wish tiktok shop would get banned soon
