Tile - Find lost keys & phone

I’ve just received 2 x Tiles (tag and card) and tried to add them. Latest iOS and app tells me that they failed to activate as they are not supported. Rebooted the phone, and 1 Tile says it’s already added. Manage to get the 2nd one to detect and the app just hangs trying to specify what device it is. Killed the app, repeat and it hangs again. Kill the app, reset the other tag and manage to add it but it hangs while adding it. Kill the app - see both tiles and go into setting to try configure them and the app hangs. iPhone 15 pro max with a 0.5TB free. I’m frustrated!

Such a great idea and I know is super helpful when you lose something (I’ve even given tiles to elderly family members, so I can help them find things too) however it chews through the phone battery so much while doing its thing in the background – it’s the #1 consumer battery by more than an order of magnitude, using >70% of my battery charge every day. Please improve this aspect of the app so I don’t have to charge my phone multiple times per day when I’m not actively using the phone for anything else.

Tiles are great, but I think you should change it so the button has to be pressed three times instead of two. That could reduce the chances of this irritating occurrence. Also, please change the noise tiles make. It’s horrible. The noise is like old digital arcade games. Overall, a very good product, especially now that the batteries can be changed. Thanks.

I’ve refrained adding a review giving some time for the developers to fix the constant freezing issue. It’s been 6 months at least. Open app, get a few seconds before it locks up. (iPhone 15) Would not recommend at all.

Great functionality if it didn’t only allow me to choose one option or section before freezing. PLEASE FIX BUGGY BEHAVIOUR AS IT BECOMES EXTREMELY COUNTERPRODUCTIVE IF THERE IS AN ACTUAL EMERGENCY OR URGENCY TO FIND ONE OF YOUR TILES. At this stage will always recommend Apple AirTag or the Tile - purely due to this reason :| PLEASE FIX AS IT IS A LET DOWN AFTER SPENDING $$$$$ a fair bit on these products.

So glad I invested in these! Can’t count the amount of times I’ve lost my keys. Definitely a lifesaving service

Key Ring Tile Review Key Ring Tile Review I’ve owned my key ring tile for roughly seven years, and my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, I really appreciate the convenience of being able to locate my keys using the option on my phone. It’s a great feature that saves me time and frustration when I misplace my keys. However, I’ve found that the device’s effectiveness leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, it only seems to work about 50% of the time, which is quite disappointing. There have been instances where I’ve had to search manually for my keys despite using the app, which undermines the whole purpose of having the tile in the first place. Given that I’ve had mine for several years, I’m sure the newer models would have improved in terms of reliability and functionality. Overall, while the idea and functionality of the key ring tile are excellent, the inconsistent performance is a significant drawback. I hope future updates can improve its reliability

Doesn’t always connect

App dose not work always freezing and location are never right

Waste of money. Can’t believe they charge for a monthly subscription. It’s never up to date and clunky. Would love a full refund.
