Please fix this app!!!
I am revising my prior review as this app has completely stopped. It’s been weeks now and I still cannot open the app! Whatever changes were made weeks ago caused this problem. The Master level automatically pushed out and the app hasn’t worked since! iOS is current and rebooting doesn’t help. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve achieved or purchased by deleting the app. I hope you can fix the problem and I can play again soon. Thank you!
iPad
Issues on iPad and now can’t get past the landing screen. If I try to reinstall will I loose all my progress?
No rewards 2x
Once you reach master level, the rewards 2x, and rarely 4x, are not received.
Glitchy
I used to love this game and played it a lot. Until the app got glitchy. It takes forever to load, crashes, and freezes up so that I have to close out the app and try going back in again. I have to do that several times before I can finally get any playtime in. I got so sick of doing it that I don’t even bother playing it anymore, unless its being run as a special extra game inside Word Crush. Then I can play without crashes.
Great game, fun but recently…
I really like playing this game! I paid for no ads and that works. Sometimes I have to use the free option and watch ads. Well the ad for Solitare Cash won’t give a X to exit out. I get a black screen with option to install at the bottom. No other way to exit and go back to the game. I have to start the level over by exiting the app then going back to the beginning of that level. All other Ads seem to work as should. Hope you can fix it. Thanks.
Almost perfect
I would have gladly given 5 stars if there weren’t so many cut scenes between levels! There are so many when they could have easily been condensed
Update in progress
After about 24hours the app finally updated and loaded new content so I could fully play the game. It’s enjoyable and fun however I’ve reached the point where I would need to spend money to continue and I won’t do that. I already paid for no ads. Below is my previous review. I just uploaded this app and enjoyed it through 2 areas. Now the next area won’t upload. My WiFi connection is strong. I keep playing the matching part hoping it will get corrected. I sent an email to support. I’ll give it a couple days then I’m trashing it. Unfortunately I spent the money for no ads.
