Where is the log saved?

The app seems pretty good, but where is the file saved when device logging is turned on? I can't find it on my phone, and when I try to email it to myself, the send button is greyed out.

Hardware is nice, app is junk

Buggy and cludgy. Try to paste a URL in the 3rd party cloud logging and you’ll understand what I mean. The company needs to invest in the app or get out of the business.

Awesome app

I love the app but I wish it had a widget for an easy view of the app progression to display the current measurements temps and ABV percentage. Is this available for the Apple Watch ?

Great Concept, hardware, app broken with newer Os version

UPDATE: Under iOS17 you can no longer paste URLs into the cloud URL fields. Developers appear have abandoned this app which is sad considering it's a good product. Time to sell my 3 and find something new because the heart of this product is the app and it's broken. This is a great product with well made hardware. It even works fairly well through my stainless SS Brewtech fermenters BUT the app has not been updated in over a year and there are so many bugs now it's a frustrating experience at this point and I'm considering other options because reliability is important and the developers of this app have mostly abandoned it the last 10 months at least.

App Unstable with Multiple Tilt Devices

I love the product. Loved it so much that I bought a second tilt device for when I have more than one fermentation going simultaneously. I have a spare iPhone running as a dedicated logging device. The app now crashes roughly every other day. I have to check in on the logging device and restart the app. Also. The instructions for setting up your own cloud service on the website are not the same as those on the associated Google doc. It’s very unprofessional and easily fixed.

Very buggy

Can’t get cloud service set up because I keep getting half of a window to enter information in. Also can’t seem to get Copy/Paste to work. This app is crap.

Needs work

Over a year in and copy and paste still doesn’t work. Supper frustrating if you want to use cloud logging. Calibrating is also buggy. It randomly adds points to your uncalibrated SG. It’s usually fixed by deleting it a couple times and starting over, but again, frustrating! I’m running the latest release as of 2/7/2021 on an iPhone 12 pro. Worth having but it needs work.

Super useful but limited

The logging features are great and accurate. However, I would love to be able to have it send me an alert once my SG reaches a certain point (so I know when to rack to secondary or to change my fermentation temperature) and when it levels out (so i know if fermentation has stalled)

Can’t get the developer to respond to an inquiry

I don’t mind that there’s a bug or two. What I do mind is when I send an email and I’m ignored, then I send a follow up and I’m ignored again, then I send a second follow up and still haven’t had my concern addressed. I get it. You’re busy. I can see a day or two going by without being able to answer a concern but seven days without acknowledging my message is unacceptable in today’s Information Age. Just tell me you acknowledge you received my message(s)... if there’s no fix for my issue I understand.

Won’t fit

please dont make me play on

Well just be aware this device will not fit in a gallon jug which pretty much defeats the point unless you doing large quantity fermentation in larger containers.
