Description
The Tilt Shift effect is well known in professional photography and is used, for example, in macro photography and in videos with a miniature effect. A special lens with "bent optics" is used. But that's not necessary here - the app does it by software, afterwards. In the tilt shift photos, there is a sharp area and has blurred areas around the edge. You can set Radial or Linear, Blur Amount, Diameter and Center. 3 simple steps: open image, adjust effect, generate, save image.
