It’s amazing to enjoy and have fun at the TH store and have good times with friends while enjoying coffee.The environment and staff is very friendly and helpful

The reward system rarely works. The points are not credited even after you ask the staff at the store to scan the barcode.

The app keeps crashing and I constantly have to log in every single time I try to get my points so I just don’t bother.

I had 22aed in club apparel wallet for tim horton's brand. Unfortunately, the cashier told me that I cannot use club apparel and I should download the Tim Horton's app to use my 22aed. When I downloaded the app, the money didn't reflect at all. With that, the cashier was very sure that I can still use the 22aed using club apparel app in any other store associated with the app. Since it's nearly expiring, I went to other store (not tim horton's) and they said, I can only use it in Tim Horton's. The information was misleading. So the money just expired. I know it's not too much, but you better update all the applications so we can utilize our earnings.
