Withdrawal takes forever
I was trying to withdraw my money when Yishun Park was under maintenance. Now the maintenance is done, my money is still under process for withdrawal. So the money just stuck there “on hold” for months.

The app is TERRIBLE!
Such a big establishment but your app for payment is disappointing. I topped up my credits and it didn’t appear on my app. I guess, it is one of those days that the app is down. Some days, it is glitchy. Piece of advice: please invest in a better vendor for your app. At least, we won’t be turned off and walked off even before getting our food.
one of the most poor design app
app sometimes cannot scan to make payment. today even worse. the customer behind me, and myself cannot even make payment via timbre. the app just cannot load up to make the payment. if app store allow us to give negative star rating. will giv u the lowest rating. buck up on your development team
Cannot create new account
Cannot create new account as it said contact has been used, but I tried to use same email to retrieve password, it showed system error.
Good app.
The app so far works good.
Cant even reset password
Kept having system error for reset password to email. FIX IT
Timbre should change the IT vendor…
The whole system sucks…. Can’t even log in
App serves the basic purpose for office worker who routinely go Timbre
People were complaining when the app gives you 10% off for food. Non-sense
