Liar ads, don’t talk about watch movie, load photo also need to wait some times…can’t do anything because of contract, complaint also useless!!!

The app doesn't let me register after I filled in all information including account number, it kept popping up "please enter account no." message. Waste of my time.

It keeps on loading, please fix ur bug

Internet down 15th April 2024. Tried to call to ask for status and updates but Time is completely unreachable. Really poor support.

I cannot load all the info on the home screen. It keeps on loading and taking forever to display any info. I just want to see my bill for the month and my connection status and I can’t even do that. So bad. I don’t know what is so hard about providing a good app for your customers. Your competitors are all manage to do this without any issue. It makes me thinking of switching to another provider. And when people ask “why do you terminate your Time?” and my answer will be “They won’t let me pay my bills!”. Isn’t that funny?

I have keyed in my account no. for self care registration but the app keeps stating “Please enter Account no.”, therefore I can’t register until now.

The main page is not accessible and the loading is poor. What exactly is the company’s goal for portraying its brand image to both current and potential stakeholders?

Viewing anything on the app takes ages because it won’t load
