L'app Timeful avvia un timer predefinito (2 minuti - 2 ore) durante il quale non userai più il tuo smartphone. Questo ti permette di concentrarti completamente sul tuo lavoro, i tuoi studi o qualsiasi cosa tu voglia fare.
Una volta che il timer è scaduto, l'app ti segnalerà, e potrai avere un resoconto di quanto tempo sei stato concentrato e quale percentuale hai mantenuto.
Con la modalità rigorosa, puoi anche migliorare ancora di più il tuo comportamento mettendo lo smartphone a faccia in giù. Lo smartphone deve poi rimanere in questo stato per tutta la durata.
