None of my memories are showing up, even though the app is connected/turned on for photos, Facebook, and other platforms
Timehop
I’ve used Timehop for years. Unfortunately I lost my 9 year streak because I changed phone numbers. I gave all the information when I tried to get it restored but unfortunately I was ghosted. So my only negative was that the “help “ option wasn’t helpful at all.
Pictures don’t upload
My pictures never show up ,so I can’t see any memories:(
Quit working
I am not happy at all and support is nil! It shows I have NO photos at all. Really? I’ve been doing this for Years and now everything is gone. Oh well - that’s why you get 1 Star. If there were a 0 star or negative stars that would be better! You finally contacted me - I emailed you back … and still nothing. I get more from Facebook memories. Fix your app PLEASE!
Removed Instagram
I loved this app but since that they removed instagram from the profiles they displayed I almost want to delete it.
Nothing but ads
Worked fine for years. Now, since the no longer connects to Instagram, it shows me nothing but ads. I expected Instagram to go away but doesn’t show Facebook memories anymore either.
Barely there
This used to be one of my favorite aps. But hardly any memories even load anymore. Even ones from a year ago. At this point Facebook memories works better. Probably deleting the ap to free up space. 😔

What happened :(
I love love love this app ! But lately nothing is loading … And I don’t even use Instagram please fix it . Signed everyone .
