Hay problemas para usarlo con iPhone

Para alguien que no domina más que el idioma nativo (Español) sin duda que ha sido de ayuda más cuando tienes reuniones con gente fuera de Latinoamérica la cual usa mucho el inglés, recomendando sin duda, aunque si tiene un 88 o 90% de que las palabras sean las correctas en la traducción, sirve para la comunicación bi-direccional, en lo personal quisiera probar el nuevo modelo y sus mejoras pero para mi bolsillo está muy alto, sin desmerecer este claro está. Eso es de mi parte, saludos desde Chile y disfruten sus mejoras pero dispositivo no se arrepentirán

These earbuds are the absolute worst! It’s easier to just use Google translator.

I bought the WT2 Edge to communicate with my girlfriend. I am American, She is Venezuelan. Upon first try, the translators worked about 99%. I had poor connection which was my carriers issue. But when the phone had perfect signal, they performed flawlessly. You have to be a little patient with difficult names but if you speak clearly these translators perform very well!

I travel to Peru quite often, my wife is from Peru and sometimes I need help understanding my in-laws. I'm extremely disappointed in this product. They are great for music, but it lacks in translation. They’re not very accurate and they are very slow to translate. I’ve recently bought a different translator and will that and hopes that the translation technology is better.

Sadly it won’t connect to the translator earbuds I bought . They are compatible and I wasted money for no reason. This app is insufficient, waste of time.

No matter what I do I cannot get this app to translate over my phone or in the earbuds. It’s horrible.

The app is cumbersome and requires too much back-and-forth. The AI portion is very rudimentary and spits back incorrect information. I have tried everything in the troubleshooting guide to find the Italian language and it does not seem to be available unless I order it through an online chat, which is closed on weekends.

I’ve tried logging in/registering with multiple emails, google sign on, and apple sign on. Every time I try to get past the login page it just spins for 30 seconds and then stops and it’s still not logged in. Can’t make use of these ear buds if the app won’t function, hence 1 star.
