How much does Timelogger Plus cost?
Timelogger Plus has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 11.99.
I have purchased most of the time tracking apps in the App Store. This is by FAR the GOAT of them all.
I purchased TimeLogger a month ago and I really put it through its paces. I purchased the $9.99 annual plan after a 2 days of playing with it before I unlocked it. I chose to not pay the $25 to have it permanently unlocked because I want to support it yearly.
After trying pretty much every time keeping app I found this app was sold on it. I spent ALOT of time looking at other apps.
My tips. Start simple, if you track every little thing it will overwhelm you. Track basic stuff. (Cleaning/Resting/Working) Anything that would take more than 20 min. You will slowly add tasks as you get more use to tracking your time. Learn about folders!! That helps separate tasks between locations or jobs so if you only do one task at a location you can set it so you only see tasks that are used there.
The layout is very user friendly and graphically appealing. This truly is a wonderful app.
That being said I do have some things that I feel would make it even better. In the lists of tasks I wish the start the timer was about 30% larger. It just looks really tight with the timer running.
In the Time Distribution area the round chart is were I REALLY hope for some changes. It can get very busy and crowded with the circular chart. I really would prefer a bar chart. The circle makes it very hard to distinguish numbers and titles. Right below it is a nice chart of each task Total time of each task. If that had a toggle switch between time and percent that would be great. My only work around right now is to Create Report to view it.
This app really should be an “Editors Choice”. I can see myself using this app a lot. Great app DOWNLOAD IT NOW!!
Very helpful and well thought out
This app deserves a lot more attention that it seems to get in the field of timelogging. I’ve tried six of these apps meanwhile and this is my (new) favorite. Has everything I need without being overloaded. Dev seems to be dedicated to the app and provides it with regular updates instead of abandoning it after a few years how many others do so. Pricing is absolutely reasonable imo and I decided to go with Lifetime option (I only do subscriptions for apps with constant content streaming like Weather or Stocks) and it has an app for every device within the Apple ecosystem - that’s really, really nice! Thank you very much Filipe!

Modern Features
This app uses all the modern features of iOS 17. There's support for Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone and Mac. Live Tiles and Dynamic Island support is greatly useful in a productive environment. Thank you.
Great.
Sumbled back into this app and saw the updates. Fantastic!
A lovely time tracking app
I’m pretty happy with this app as is. It’s honestly got a lot of features that show the developer is dedicated to making it flexible & adding features suggested by users. If you look through the app’s reviews (which generally include feature requests) & the app’s recent development cycle, you’ll see that most asks are answered right away with each update containing the asked-for features.
So, I’d like to throw in my suggestions.
I’d love to see the ability to set recurring reminders when a timer is running. I’d like to have a notification every X or so minutes without having to manually set a new notification or start the timer over. These notifications would serve multiple purposes, including reminding people when there’s a timer running (it’s easy to forget) & serve as focus reminders/distraction beaters (ie. getting a haptic tap on your watch every 10 minutes or so).
Additionally, it would be great to set notifications to start timers. For example, getting a reminder to start your work timer at 9AM or starting your bedtime routine timer at 10PM.
Otherwise, the app is well thought out for time tracking & I'm excited to see how the developer is going to continue to improve the app.
As a final note, I’d just say that adding an email address for folks that don’t use the stock Apple Mail app might help to avoid crowding reviews with feature requests. I see a lot of developers following this trend of setting their contact button as a link to the mail app which displays a “Restore Mail app” message if you don’t have it downloaded. Even just a small message with an email address would work.
My favorite time tracker and it gets better with every update.
I’ve been using Timelogger for a long time, but felt compelled to come write a quick review after the updates just keep making it better and better. The recent addition of goal tracking is very cool!
I’ve tried a lot of different time tracking apps in my life-long attempt to get a grip on my scattered, messy schedule. This is the only one that has worked well enough to keep me coming back to it.
If you want a fully customizable app that will help you keep better track of habits, goals, work/freelance hours, etc, all in one place and in sync across all your devices - give Timelogger a try.
I love it!
I absolutely love this app. The developer is really devoted to improving it, little by little. It has all the features you need without being g overly-complicated. If you’re comparing a bunch of iOS/macOS time trackers to figure out which one is best, save yourself some time and just go with this one.
Better than most
I’ve tried all the top apps from App Store and this app seems to be the best.
Two features could be implemented for me: 1. Automatically discard task that has been running for very short time (a few seconds) since I sometimes press the wrong button. 2. The ability to link a “goal” to a combo of tasks from different folders (rather than limiting to one folder), since some of my goals are not project-based (e.g. tracking time taken for tasks that involve physical movements).
