このアプリは、あなたの時間の使い方を手助けします。
時間の使い方が上手い人は、
１日や１週間などの計画を立てて、それを無理なく実行しています。
就業時間内で仕事を終わらせ、計画外の残業は発生しません。
まず、自分がどの様に時間を使っているかを自覚しましょう。
計画を立てられるか、それを実行できるか、
計画に対する所要時間を正しく見積れるか、
重点や非重点の仕事にどれだけ時間を使っているのか、
個々の仕事について就業時間内でどの位したのか、残業時間でどの位したのか、など。
次に、客観的データから、問題点を発見しましょう。
計画を立てることができない、
計画を立てても、脇道にそれる、なかなか実行できない、など。
使い方は、業務改善アプリ ”個人の仕事” にも記述してあります。
後は、無理なく改善ステップを考えて、取り組むだけです。
