Best free app I’ve ever used. I have to do lots of rounds of stuff for PT and this fits the bill perfectly.

Found this app just when I was about to start working out. Just needed a basic interval meter for jump rope workouts. Downloaded in two seconds and was super easy to customize a countdown workout plan. Now this will be a standard tool for my workouts.

I generate my dumbbell workouts with AI and use this timer. Takes all the guess work out of the time/rep counting.

Ok so the interface is a little garish in colors and sounds. But as a basic system for timing cycles and reps it does fine. Still haven’t mastered the sequence for creating new / editing existing timings, but I got it done for my needs. Thanks very much!

This app has been such a time saver. It allows me to use Tabata and other HITT workouts from home. I switched from a traditional strength training as I usually did to functional training. At 55 years old I am in the best shape of my life utilizing short metabolic workouts!! Thank you!!

Simple. Perfect. What else is there to say? Maybe add more sounds?

I don’t understand how this app got such high ratings. This is a poor duplication of a boxing timer. Boxing timers make different noises from rest to action, also different lights, green, yellow and red, this app just ticks along making the same noise the entire time. I can barely hear the voice telling me to rest often missing the rest period all together.

I’ve used this app for years and love all of it. I can’t believe it’s still free. Great job
