This app needs a Progressor to work. The Progressor is a wireless load sensor that can be used with any free hanging training grip and a smartphone to get accurate load readings.
This app can measure endurance, peak force or rate of force development. It also supports the repeaters test. By testing your strength on a regular basis you can see how you progress. Purchase your progressor at tindeq.com.

Tindeq Progressor FAQ
Is Tindeq Progressor free?
Yes, Tindeq Progressor is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Tindeq Progressor legit?
🤔 The Tindeq Progressor app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Tindeq loses connection to the app consistently, even with a fresh battery, and closes the session without saving.
Improvements needed for connectivity and default to saving the activity instead of discarding on disconnect. There’s no reason for data loss due to disconnection.
Does the trick
I’m updating my old review. I had issues previously with the endurance training when training right/left separately on another setting. But their recent updates have fixed this.
I like how it’s not too complicated but does what it needs to do.
Repeaters feature is so money
They even have a feature to test your max and have it automatically bake in to your workout. (Percentage of max will be based off it)
App is so good now. What a comeback story!
Great app when it works
Prior to this new update, app was solid and never disconnected.
Since I’ve updated, I’ve been dealing with issues with the Progressor disconnect in the middle of testing or reps.
Hoping there is another update soon to address this issue
Needs internet to work
I primarily use this device when bouldring outside. After the latest update it does not work at all without an internet connection, which comes up all the time bouldring outside. Please add an offline mode for this very common use case…
Progressor does not work w/ new update
The new 2.0 update causes the Progressor to not connect at all.
Nothing else comes close for the money
Strain gauges and measuring force is a pretty big part of my career and studies. I work in high performance sports med with some of the most elite groups in the world and use this daily. I have to say this app and device absolutely nail it. Nobody else comes close to doing as good of a job as Tindeq does at the process they hit. From testing to isometric training do yourself a favor and grab one.
App and connectivity are terrible
This device initially worked well. I love the measurement functions. They are exactly what I needed in an affordable device. However, the app loses connection to the device so frequently it makes it useless. Probably about 15 times a workout and each time it disconnects it ruins a set. The app also crashes a lot. I replaced the battery hoping it helped, but it did nothing. At this point, if they can get this connectivity issue resolved, I’m going to just throw the device in the trash.
Works well so far
Just got this puppy after a long deliberation between a crane scale or this. So far I’m not disappointed! I did have the app crash a few times, but it was when I was using screen recording to show some friends how it worked. Otherwise the only weird thing is when I type in a title for the peak force when saving it—it is apparently typing in white font on a white background. It does show up when you back out onto the main screen though. Also just a side note, I ordered it on Thursday, from Norway, and got it on Monday in Seattle! Impressive shipping speed!
Constantly freezes
After almost every rep using the peak test the app freezes. I have to remove the battery from the unit in order to reset everything. Utterly useless.
