Too bad not even the right people they give you people from other countries when you specifically choose yours

Worst customers service

without any reason my account was banned. I reached out to customer service just to ask why my account was banned and the reason I was given is the violations of the app policies. Then I asked what policy exactly was violated just out of curiosity given that I did nothing this was the response I got " Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time." Then the next message they sent me is that they won't respond to any of my messages anymore. I'm sure that the employees I was in contact with were bots I sent another message just asking again for the reason of the ban and indeed I got no response. what a professional team! So much for caring about the users.

Location is messed up with the latest update

The location on the app for the past 2 weeks is messed up it shows people living 100km as 17 or 20 or something I'm seeing profiles from different countries as they are in the same area !! And contacting you via anything is impossible other than here !!! No email no nothing!!

I don’t even have an existing account, I’m trying to sign up and when I put my number, the message appears showing that your account has been banned from tinder, WOW. Unprofessional app!!
