Dubious practices
Tinder doesnt care about its paying costomer. Literally paying them for the passport feature to swipe with people in other cities for when I’m traveling but then while I’m traveling I keep on getting locked out of my account for “suspicious activity”. The only way to get back in through a literal face scan which who knows theyre selling that data to. Also, using a different sim card while traveling so to just log back in is such a mission because the only way you can is with phone number you signed up with. Through this whole process, messages that I’ve sent have gone missing and who knows about messages and matches that I got. So far Tinder has been a waste of time and money. Havent been able to use it in days while I’m paying for it! Can I please get my money back?!

Too expensive
Your rates are too high , for a week it should cost about R99 not R263 .
Tinder support doesn’t respond
People at Tinder are not transparent and they shadowban people when they do nothing wrong or don’t communicate with their clients when you need help from support.
Excellent App
I am brand new to this and have enjoyed every moment on it. The app could do with some software maintenance and improvement. It is glitchy and volatile when compared to its contemporaries
Account under review again
Account just went under review for the second time in a week. The first time in took a day to clear and allow me to access my account despite it saying it would only take a few minutes, I hope it doesn’t take that long again. I also hope tinder doesn’t just kick me off the app for no reason. Do better.
