AI Photo Enhancer: すべてを美しくする

Purchased this app for an entire year the full premium package. Your unable to get the app to work at all none of the templates will work they are all locked and I have the full premium package. It just keeps going back to the black screen wanting me to pay for an extra 340 templates for 96 cents. I get sick of it and click on it and it will tell me I’m already subscribed to this feature and then goes back to the black screen. A complete waste of money!!!!!

Apple won’t even refund my money back. Do not I repeat do not purchase the app.

They charged me $49.99 for the yearly subscription but i cannot even go to the edit feature. They blocked me out and even I already paid they kept asking to buy subscriptions. Absolutely scam and apple refused to give me my money back.

Not a real free trial

I was told there was a free trial period. However, I was charged a full annual subscription and will not show any instructions on how to request a refund or use this poorly executed app for that matter. I have the feeling that it is designed to exploit new parents. Apple should investigate this immediately!

I paid money 2 days before and I am unable to login or do any photo editing. Keep asking me to pay more money also they don’t have any support email or process in app to contact really writes Never have this problem when I purchased same subscription 2 years back. Please someone help get my money back or provide me contact details so I can check with them.

The app is a scam. It will take $50 from you and then say you don’t have a subscription, you can’t access anything in the app at all, and it tries to take more money from you every time you try to use the app. Apple will refuse to give you money back either despite the fact that you don’t get anything you paid for.

I subscribed to the app only for it to ask me to subscribe each time after trying to use a template. It has never worked.

Signed up for a 3 day trail then the app charged me the full amount 30 seconds later. And after charging me over 50$ the in app purchase said it “failed” and kept all the templates locked. And wont give me my money back.

I’m seriously irritated. The way everything was worded when looking at the app I thought it was a trial subscription for $0.94 a day and then after 30 days if you hadn’t canceled it then it would charge the full amount. I got charged immediately and immediately canceled the subscription and tried to get a refund. I was told it was not eligible for a refund and to get in contact at the app support. I tried to do that and it continually takes me to a different app not the support. So I downloaded the app again and figured I’d just use it if I had paid for it but, it wouldn’t let me redownload it and go through the set up without paying for it … again!!!
