開いたらなぜか、「回線が悪いです」 と出てきます

まちめぐりビンゴツアーという機能があるので、その画面を開いてみたのですが、静岡県内にいて位置情報をONにしているにも関わらず、「静岡県内で使用して下さい」と出てスタンプをゲットできません。 説明や問い合わせの機能がなく、よく分からないし、どうすることもできません。 こういうアプリ導入は応援したいので、改善してほしいです。 開発ベンダーはちゃんと現地に行ってテストしたのでしょうかね.. こういうのは無責任に下請けに丸投げされていると思われますが、税金で作られたものが無駄にならないようにしてほしいです。

I’m glad that you have such a convenient app to travel with. I chose Shizuoka as our destination because there are a lot of hotels where our medium sized dog can live in. It will be helpful if you can add some functions to see places/restaurants where people can go with their fluffy friends. Thanks in advance.
