Tried this but crashed several times. For me a major feature is missing and I should say that I’ve found on only one other e-reader (KyBook). The ability to lock a page once sized to fit the screen and then able to tap with thumb for the next or previous pages.
I’m mainly reading PDF’s that can vary in pg size and position.
Shame this looked promising.
Does not delete PDFs by itself - at last!!
Excellent app although seems a bit slow compared to Apple’s Books. Does not, however, seem to suffer from the annoying Apple Books ‘feature’ of saving memory by deleting your PDFs by itself without warning. If, like myself, you wish to store research files from various internet pages converted for safe keeping and portability into PDF files for off-line use then this app is perfect. I recently lost 423 PDF files because the Books app ‘decided’ to erase all PDF files which I had created myself without warning. This is an ongoing problem spoken about on various Apple forums at least since 2017 if not earlier - Apple has done nothing to fix this problem. I have lost hundreds of hours of work due to this arrogance on Apple’s part. Not any more. I will simply no longer use Apple Books. It’s just not worth it! This app, by comparison, seems to be the answer to my prayers!
Tortoise Speed
Too slow rendering speed, waste of time.
Looks good
Looks good but can I have my own background textures, also can I use my own fonts?
Thank again for the great app!
Amazing but missing real cloud support.
Edit: now that my collection is growing there's one thing I really need. Cloud support. You can log in with the majority of cloud services but you can't have your books and comics on the cloud and read them too. Like iBooks does. When you offload a bunch, they'll lose the metadata attached to them like where you got up to reading or the tags you added to them.
One of my favourite apps and every update it keeps getting better. It’s like Christmas with every update.

The app is really useful
Simple to use, does its job well; what more could you ask of an app? As a student, this is my default app for studying. It shows no ads and has a great interface. No issues so far. I like the ability to mark a book as read, ...
