The instructor Now an 8th Dan, Gursharan has competed in a multitude of kata and kumite events, many at national and international level.

Perfect for beginners
In this video all the steps are showed slowly and then in normal mode. It is easy to follow and learn! Great! Thank you!

There is no volume so can’t hear any instructions 😔

It’s really good and instructive and the fact that you can stop the video to practice is great. If they only gave separate videos for each of the moves in their update it would be even better!
