Images and emojis are inverted which look pretty bad

Generally good… however, massive levels of phishing attempts which is very frustrating… I haven’t had this level of phishing mail on any other email service provider that I’ve used. Very annoying.

I can’t even get through writing a short email without the app crashing/freezing/me needing to shutdown and restart the app

I got it from Wordpress and thought to use it as our business email provider since It could do custom email hosting. It works as expected and like any other email provide like google or outlook. But it’s just lacking in responsiveness for a lack of a better term. The syncing of your inbox from device to device only happens when you open the app on the device your wanting to use it on. So every time I open up Titan mail on my desktop web browser, I have to wait like 5-10 seconds for the inbox to update. Which might not seem like a lot of time but it just adds to the feeling of clunkyness. It’s a minor thing but it’s tedious to just wait there for the mail that you’ve already seen on your phone or laptop a second ago take a while to load. Unlike with Gmail or other apps where it’s continuously and accurately syncing on all your devices, it take a bit for titan to do that. As well the notifications I notice lag behind a few seconds as well. When I’m in the app and I need to receive a code or something, it pops up in the inbox but the notification come like 5-10 seconds after on my desktop or laptop. Which again doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal, but it’s just annoying to already know you have the email and then get a notification literally after you already seen the email. I doubt they’ll fix the responsiveness of the app anytime soon, like for some reason I’ve seen no interaction or presence of a improving brand or company. All in all, it’ll do what you expect, but it’s a bit clunky. The only reason I haven’t switch has been because there’s a lot of info in the emails on the app that I wouldn’t want to be deleted.

I have been using Titan for about a year now through my Wordpress website. I love the email it is simple to use and all around a great product. The real reason I am writing this 5 star review is the excellent support I received after my business website was hacked and mine as well as several employees had their Titan email deleted and all emails lost. Obviously for this to happen to business email would be rather devastating. Within an hour of realizing we had been hacked all our issues were totally resolved every lost email had been restored and we were back in business ready to serve our customers. All this happened on a Sunday but with Titans 24/7 support we didn’t miss a beat. I would highly recommend Titan to anyone.

The App is stuck on iPhone 12Pro Max. It is unable to update and stuck on waiting. Pls fix it asap. My all business emails are stuck as well. It does not open to read emails. Thanks

How the app shows the folders looks barebones compared to the website, shows them looking like unique foodies instead of folders with sub folders. Even the stock iPhone Mail shows the sub folders properly. Can’t set up 2FA without losing access to imap, I’ve set up emails with others services that use 2FA to block web access and then generate one time use passwords for email clients; even my work email, which uses Exchange, has 2FA enabled but I can access on my stock iPhone Mail app. Glad I signed up for only a trial and not pay for this shovelware.
