Why do the app log me out daily? Reduce notifications , they are spammy.

Options are less compared to the store and also the app has so many glitches like i have failed to login after many failed attempts.

My app always shows “Your account is not active” immediately on entering my mobile number which is the only option available to login / sign up. Innumerable chats didn’t yield any result. No email for grievances. DO NOT GO BY BRAND IMAGE.

Unable to place order via app, it just crashes as soon as I click on proceed to buy.

Can’t track my orders

Not able to login as it’s prompt like all new login process,after all again same repeat actions

I ordered a sunglasses and before ordering customer service comitted it will be delivered on priority and after that 7 times I spoke to agents to ask about my order they never answered. Some are not ready to reply back. Well the brand cant even provide there fastrack signature brand case to protect the glasses feels cheap.

Hi . I m bharti kasturia and my mbl no is 8305517400 .I m sharing my number because I want everyone to know the truth abt Titan eyeplus . They made my glasses with very large frame though I have a +no so it irritated me with the weight of a glass k . So I went nd asked them to Gv me solution so they said v can’t do anything . U have to a o frame so I did . Then they converted my glasses in to new frame .Now when I started wearing it . It made me so DIZZY. HEADACHES .VOMITING. Sooo again I went there and asked them because it was 90000 expenditure no less money for me . Vvv expensive. Actually they have uneducated staff . Untrained people who checked out vision no . They don’t know what ACCESS is . They have cut the access of my no . Sooo now they’ say after so much of going nd spending money nd time they say mam sorry v can’t do anything .SERIOUSLY. They are least bothered abt service nd complain of clients. They are just Profeessionals want to make money. Pls people go to only educated people not like these only money minded nd not giving attention to clients complains .thanks guys’ be careful nd smart choosers 🙏🏻
