This Diablo style RPG is the best cross over game from PC to iPad I’ve played. If you’ve played Diablo 2 or Dungeon Siege, you will be familiar with this style of game. Hours of fun are to be had, as your character progresses through the Ancient Greek world, taking out ever more difficult opponents along the way. That’s the problem though... The first major Boss you encounter - The Telkein, located in the Conduit Room is totally undefeatable! In one attempt alone, I consumed over two hundred (yes two hundred!) healing potions while knocking the stuffing out of him with a seriously powerful weapon, only to see him completely regain the five percent or so damage inflicted on him time and time again. He has the ability to summon two life stealers that take your health points and give them to him instead! Every time you take them out, he simply summons two more! I have never been able to inflict any real damage on him and although you can portal back to a town to buy more health potions, it’s costing me a fortune in the hard earned gold you get from defeating enemies during the game. After ten attempts now, I’m just going to delete the app (unless someone tells me if it is a glitch in the game), which is a pity as it’s been a really good app up to this... There are no incessant ads. It’s not one of those God awful “pay to win/pay to play/pay to survive/pay to avoid getting pulverised by a cash happy other player”. I’m a big fan of RPG’s and this is right up there with the very best of them - Apart from this! Hence the four out of five Stars.
