Cant download patch inside the game
I paid for this but cant download patch inside the game. [Ragnarok and atlastis] how to fix?
Can not load characters to start
The game was crashed when I was farming Typhon. I try to close app and reopen again but found that I cannot load my character to play. The game always crash and close. Please help I took about 2 months to play, I don’t want to loose my character.

Please make an option for choosing that able to auto-save or non auto-save because of gameplay, sometime player not intend to fight and dead and some quest reward that give bonus permanent resistant. In some classes need the best things for reward. Sometimes, it random non-useful reward for player. This option will make the game perfect. Thank you very much.
Frequently crashes and map missing
I do really love the game and have always been playing this game since i’ve been a kid. That’s great,the game have been ported into IOS platform so i can enjoy it again. But it seems the game crash so many times(around 1 time per hour).The last time a game crash i have to force restart my ipad,after entering the game all previous explored map had gone.The map turned all black and that’s quite a problem. I wish this can be fixed soon. Thank you
