Update failed

I have installed the app. Paired my watch via Bluetooth. I registered my phone number in the app. Then the app says checking for firmware updates but it doesn’t get updated even if I select retry. Because of this step I’m unable to sync my contacts .

Poor interface

Interface is not comparable with similar other’s. Customer care services are not responsive. Have experienced in the past. Queries sent through mails are not responded well and response time is too much.

Worst Application

The step numbers reduces if after 24 hours we sync the watch and phone. App needs to be more modern with at least basic features.

Why is there a scratch kind of background in my settings

Good hardware, worst software

The app sync issues put me down almost every few hrs a day. It’s so annoying to sync the watch with the app manually EVERY 1-2 hrs!!!! When I want to find my phone from another room (within the range), and when I try the find my device feature, I’ll somehow have to find my phone myself, get the app synced to the watch and then may be for my satisfaction, try out the find my device feature. Calls and contacts features go out of sync regularly and aren’t reliable for quick/handy solutions (without pulling your phone out in the public). Regretting the purchase of my ₹12k watch (Heritage Premium, LATEST LAUNCH!!) because of app sync issues. Hope they care about the customers and feedbacks and correct them. Pathetic after-sale services, at least till the time I’m writing this review.

Connectivity issue

I recently bought titan celestor watch and I connected with my iPhone SE 2 I’m receiving call but I cannot access my phone book from app I’m received message saying you need sync your watch so I reset the device and trying to connect it is not even getting connected I tried multiple times . Please fix it

No notifications on watch

Connected to iphone se 1 generation. Could not turn on notifications on app. App is not responding when turn on notifications is clicked.

Unable to pair

Unable to pair. Trying from last 15 days. The QR code scanning with my iPhone.
