Your app needs to be updated as its usually difficult to click on the transfer icon , i have to tap the icon more than 5 times to be able to initiate a transaction. Secondly,the app doesnt allow me download my bank statement which is frustrating as i will needto always send a message to my acct officer each time and lastly we need more self service options . Im really not enjoying using the application. Do better
I created an account and they ask me to verify with my bvn and start using it . After i did so I deposited money in it now i can’t withdraw my money . They are telling me to provide a lot if informations I currently don’t have and now I can’t withdraw anything from it.
Why can’t I get pass the confirm OTP interface pls? This has been like that since Monday
This bank app has the poorest transfer service only six bank available to transfer I can even do the transfer I wanted to because the bank is not found
