Tivoli Audio ART App

It will not connect.

Title says it all. Rarely do any of the Apple productions I own connect to Tivoli. When they do I am amazed!

It’s a shame that my marvelous bookshelf system is marred by this terrible app, lots of crashes, finicky connections, zero support for new features on our phones…wanted to love it but the experience left me wanting.

The radio’s quick start guide directs the owner to download this app. The app asks which radio you have, and includes Model One Digital Gen 2 in the list of options. But upon selecting that model, the user is informed that the app doesn’t support that model. It offers no help.

My iPhone 14 and the Cube speakers I bought will not successfully connect. Pretty product but the tech is not working for me.

Have an ART home system that has been in use over a year. This garbage app can’t connect to it or the sub. Guess I will have to go with hard wire

This app is completely baffling. We have had a model one for two years. Have never been able to figure out the app. So frustrating awful don’t buy this garbage

Great look, great sound, terrible performance. The Wi-Fi is always dropping out, the various speakers won’t stay connected to each other. It’s a constant annoyance.

Total waste of space

I’m not sure if it is the app, the product or a combination of both, but it is so bad my product is unusable. It is so bad I’m asking Tivoli to return it. This was purchased to replace an AudioCast Device ($20.00) that had a better UI and worked better. I purchased a Model CD with the intent of hooking it up to my Model 1 Tivoli and using it to play music on my phone/NAS/Streaming. It doesn’t do any of those well including the following: * UI -worst I have ever used. Multiple clicks to do anything. Terrible. * Slow response - streaming sometimes never loads and often takes 3-5 minutes. Local music and NAS take 3-4 mins to load * Songs/radio stations only sometimes display and don’t change automatically. Have to go back to the zone and then return to see song name. * Shuffle doesn’t work. Nothing happens most of the time when hitting the button, when the button works the song quits halfway through and system stops playing. * Randomly quits. I don’t think I’ve gotten through 3 songs without it quitting. Going back to Sonos for a product that works.
