Transfers and tickets saving doesn’t work.

Only one of my two tickets has downloaded. Can’t find the other one

Downloaded, signed in with email address used to buy tickets, I have now been stuck at the about you page for 3 hours with the app telling me my “zip code” and phone number is not valid, unable to change to a UK based form with post code and number that’s recognised

Is crap. Ive tried to input both my mobile and home fone nos in every variation and wasted a good half hour Now trying to cancel everything.

Just bought tickets for Lancashire cricket and thought I would try the download option using this app. Big mistake! Took three verification codes to start the account settings then on the profile page it doesn’t recognise UK postcode or city so can’t go any further. Deleted the app and started again, took me straight to profile page only to have same problem as before then froze my phone. Given up and printed off tickets now, another 2 A4 sheets wasted.

Please disregard the review from mrandmrsross. The point of the app is NOT to download a ticket to print off. The app downloads a barcode which is then scanned directly from your phone by the attendant at the ground before you enter.

I have 7 tickets purchased. So far, one is showing up on the app.

Downloaded it to save paying extra booking fees to print tickets for the cricket- they then wouldn’t sync to the app- had to go to the ticket office and collect tickets- fortunately lancs cricket club were very accommodating.
