So long to deliver estimated time is 1:30-1:40 arrived at 2:30 don’t order not worth

صراحة البرنامج فاشل قامو بإلغاء طلبي و لم استرد المبلغ حتى الان و كول سنتر مش متعاون أبدا و لا حصلت حتى اعتذار و قم بتواصل معهم على الانستاقرام و لم احصل على نتيجة إذا فيه اقل من نجمة هذا هو تقيمكم 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼❌❌❌

كثره التأخير و إلغاء الطلبات دائما لا انصح به

If you have time like 3 hours and you have oven to reheat your food, that’s the only time you can order my experience was very very very bed and customer service was not good at all, My order took literally 3 hours and I literally wasted the food.

Orders would come really late 1-2 hours late and drivers never answer when I would call them

I tried this app for more than 3 times just to give them enough chances. But here I am being so done with this delivery app. They took so long even if the restaurant is just 5 minutes away from my home they always ALWAYS deliver the food after +1 hour and every time the food will be arrived so cold and you will reach your limit because you literally paid for nothing. Have to be waiting for the delivery man for 1 hour and start to getting angry then after all of that you receive you order cold that you don’t want even to eat it. In addition, all delivery man’s they are not prepared for this job at allll. They don’t reply, they always have an attitude even though they are the ones who are wrong.

The offers are unlimited and customer service is very helpful. Definitely will order again 😊

تطبيق سيئ جداا من ناحية خدمة العملاء و ( التوصيل ) عفواا بس مو معقول تعطيني وقت تقريبي 45 دقيقة و بعد ذالك يتاخر الطلب ساعة فوق المدة المقررة و الاعذار للاسف انها اقبح من الذنب فعلاً ، نتمنى عدم المبالغه في الاعلانات و التسويق ، (لا انصح في تجربته) …

I order my food around 3pm and they mention it my food will come at 3:55 and the rider pick up my food in the restaurant around 3:35 and suddenly change in my food timing to 4:05 4:15 4:25 4:30 4:40 and the last to make decisions to cancel my order i know that is know seems this is know should be more better to make the customer to be a fan of your service but no
