للاسف التطبيق مو مره كل ما افتحه يعلق على اللوقو حقهم و يتم حذفه كذا مره و احمله عشان يتصلح بس المشكله بعد عند زوجي نفسها !

I have been using the app since a while and suddenly it stopped working. I re-install it couple of times but it did not work, “request not valid” pops up every time trying to use it! Kindly assist!!

I have been in so many countries and I tried many delivery apps and here is some suggestions based on what customer needs: 1-When I enter the app first thing I would do as a customer is looking for free delivery filter but there is no such thing like that on the app, please consider adding that like Talabat. 2- I hope you often send promotion codes for specific group of customer like (loyal customer, new customer.. etc) to motivate them to order. 3- if you can make the rating system required as Talabat please do it, it will be much better than 0.0 rating in most restaurants.

تأخر طلبي فوق الساعه وعشرين دقيقه ادق على الموظف tmdone يقول الحين جايك , لي فوق ١٥ دقيقه وباقي السايق في نفس موقعه

طلبت كوب قهوة و وصلني بارد بسبب انه الموظف مصر ما ينزل من سيارته عشان وصل كوب و بعد نص ساعة نزل و بعد تقديم البلاغ للموظف خدمة العملاء يقولي بكل دم بارد انتظر. نشوف موضوع من 3الى 4 ايام

فقط يفتح بالموقع!!!

Very limited restaurants And the App need to identify the location in the map every time

Wont let me log into my number. Wont let me sign up with a new number. Wont let me use my credit card i always have to do cash. Really slow delivery it takes an hour or more sometimes. I hope all these issues are fixed.
