To start things off, this type of service should be licensed from SAMA! Which they are not! Moreover, I have applied for a loan and paid the 50 SAR, never been contacted by any bank or the customer support which btw they dont have any! (You cannot call them for support or complaint, you only have the chat option which never works) Plus when I applied for a certain bank, the notification I received is for a different bank reviewing my offer for a totally different loan request. I applied for a personal loan of 100k, I received a notification for a car loan from a different bank with a different amount. And up until this day 3 months later no one contacted me nor did I get my money back.
