Probably the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. It’s a shame they’d even release this. Can’t believe my company uses this trash

I don’t understand how this app continues to actually get worse over time. The latest update is causing the paperwork to post sideways and cut in half. The latest update is unusable. At this point I’m convinced the developer is making a conscious effort to make the app worse.

This piece of crap does not work. Plain and simple. Thank you for wasting my valuable time.

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max and this app never logins in says logging in the goes straight to log out hard to know how the app is if I can’t even get in it

The idea and the look and feel are great, I like clean interface. It has a very clean layout and nice big buttons and text that make it easy for me to train our older drivers. There were some big issues with trying to get logged in and with onboarding new driver accounts, but that’s been largely fixed with the updated released in September 2021. The lingering issues I’d highlight: - The upload time for paperwork, the processing time in my experience can easily take 10 to 20 minutes - The ability to keep logged in on iPhone - Inability to upload paperwork on the empty leg of a begin empty or end empty split The second point is specific to our iPhone users, no issues on the Android side. The app should stay logged in for five days, the. log the user out after five days. But my iPhone users report it logs them out multiple times within a day. Login with Face ID (or fingerprint for older iPhones) would be a nice to have. The third one I realize is not unique to TMW Go Driver. The trouble is the paperwork attached at the order number level, but a leg with only hook and drop events gets added at the move level, not the order level. Attaching paperwork at the leg number level would be a nice to have. If those three points could be resolved I’d be comfortable giving this three stars. Four stars if we could add the ability for the driver to see a low res image of the paperwork they’ve uploaded. Five stars if we could get that and the ability to arrive/depart via the Go Driver app. Most of my drivers do prefer looking at kid and stop details from the app rather than from their ELD.

I wish my company would get away from this absolute trash app. Freezes all the time, app crashes a lot and it takes forever to login.

When working it’s OK easy to operate but sometimes it logs me out and won’t let me log in for hourssssssss smh I wish my company finds another solution because this app is definitely a problem for me

Good concept, but very poor development and execution. It is ok to view your info, but takes forever to log in, if it does, then switching from one screen to another is extremely slow. No way to delete old messages or send messages back to dispatch. For viewing only, and that is even a day or two behind when it comes to weekly miles or your duty status. It’s a shame that even support is lacking on the app. Consider that one star a negative 4 Stars since they don’t give you that option.

This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. I rated it one star only because I can’t rate it any worse. It doesn’t work more than it does. Slow, always has errors messages and that’s on its good days. It’s a great idea but the developers need to work on it.
