I have set up the NAS device FS20 model. You have to be tech savvy to have this work. I honestly didn’t believe the review . But for the first time setting this up and creating the folder and setting permission. Everything worked on the iPhone 15 plus. NO issues and everything is backing up. Don’t believe the 1 stars. Do it yourself , YouTube , google it. It works. Thanks to the developers !!!
Issue with backing up videos
There is an issue with backing up videos on iOS. There is a workaround once it chokes on uploading MOV files. if you switch to another application quickly when the TOS Mobile 3 app is stuck on uploading a video and then switch back to TOS Mobile, one by one the movies will upload. I've had to do this hundreds of times to have all my movies back up in a single go. I did not enjoy that at all.

Backs up photos but not video
iOS “Photos” App stores many different file formats (jpg, tif, HEIC and mov among others). Have tried many different versions of this app and all of them do a reasonable job of backing up photos from an iPhone to the appropriate folder in the TNAS server, but it chokes on stored .mov files and refuses to back them up.

Prompts to update for phone backup feature but does not have an update available
Not working
I deleted prior tnas mobile app. Installed this new one. Tried to download photos from phone and app says, ‘you don’t have the most recent version. Please update.’ Then it takes me to the app center where app shows OPEN (instead of UPDATE) because I have the newest version. Smh
