Very limited and useless apps for the older models like the 2 bay F2-210 and there is no latest firmware updates.

One of the worst app

not allowing to post feedback on

United States

This app is a crap. It does not connect spite of using correct credentials. However there is no issue with web browsers. WD IS FAR BETTER. I wish there would have been option for negative ratings

Great

Works great for me. Backs our two phones fast. No problems at all

Worst NAS client

Vinilon563 on

United States

It’s a NAS client with worst upload function. It only allows you to backup photos or videos in Photos but auto backup never works. I have to select thousands of photos one by one to backup. Then did the same thing for all my videos. If you only want to backup your iOS devices, it’s wise to stay away from terramater systems.

Not stable and does not work

Chris Ramli on

United States

You would think TNAS Mobile app is stable but it’s actually the opposite. My whole purpose was to painlessly backup and offload our photos from our devices using the Album Backup feature but it sadly has not ever worked for us. Hope TNAS would invest more into developing and improving their iOS app.

Horrible.

nicacolo on

United States

It used to be a functional application, before the updates, now, it’s just a dark mode waste.

Well no longer play any media...

Slaytex on

United States

What a joke. Would always play media until now. I guess an update broke it? Totally useless... don’t waste your time or money on this NAS ... so many Paris and bugs. THẾ LATEST UPDATE BROKE IT!NO MORE VIDEO PLAYBACK SUPPORT!
